Is it possible to make the +_- buttons work if you do this swap? If so can someone post a link?

The + / - will not work with the 4L60 tranny.

This is correct. The 4l60 can't be manually commanded. That button is two momentary switches with inline resistors for sending two different voltage signals to the TCM. I have plans to repurpose it in some way, still not sure. Maybe I should just get the damn thing into the truck for starters. Lol

I did it. I’ve never heard of a use for the +- buttons yet due to the built in resistors.

I have an NNBS shifter. I went to swap it and couldn’t get my NBS esky shifter out because it’s lock tited in there.... ugh.... so I’m kinda stuck.... lol.

Oh? So you can't use it eh.....? You know--they really take up alot of room, they're so big and bulky:D, maybe you should just get rid of it......just sayin...;)
