@Galante I went and got the 2 cortisone shots in my lower back yesterday...HOLY SHIT, I feel like I'm 20 years old again!!!!!!!:D the DR. told me he hasn't seen that much inflammation in a persons back in over 25 years that he's been in business...he said he had no idea how I was even able to walk upright! I told him if the shot actually worked I was gonna give him a hug lol...after he stuck the 15 ft needle in my back, he asked if I felt anymore pain...I said no and he ran out of the room!...the nurses outside the room told me he was scared I was gonna hug him and hurt him lol

I actually slept over 4 hours and woke up this morning PAIN FREE!!! If anyone knows back pain it's me...I know your wife must be in a great deal of pain, tell her to give my DR a call to see if he can help her out...DR. Syed S. Rahman, MD 1133 Westchester Ave White Plains, NY 10604 (914)358-9700

Hope this can help her out brother
Read up on osteopathic manipulative therapy. I was paralyzed and couldnt suport my body weight on my legs and back.

Then read up about Doctor Hugh etlinger.

Anyway make a long story short. They can remove all inflammation with just their hands. No cracking no meds no shots. Anytime I get really bad again I start a round of therapy. Etlinger teaches it out of Saint Barnabas hospital in the Bronx. Only place in the world you gonna get this type of treatment in clinic form. Every therapist who learns this practice does it in private setting for big bucks a visit.

I also have mid back arthritis and DJD. I only learned about OMT from somebody paying it forward to me and actually forcing me to go see them. Everyone who has listened to me thanks me later. 3 were on the brink of surgery and never had to have it done after. My mom being one of those people.

I know I'm gonna get some shit from you guys for my new project...BUT...as some of you know, I've been trying to sell my BMW X5M 700 HP beast for a while now, especially with another kid on the way. I was at a cars and coffee event last week and met some guy who was basically drooling over my X5M lol...long story short, he had a nice lifted F150 in mint condition that caught my eye and we decided to trade trucks with some money on his end

After listening to my wife and ALL of her brilliant ideas o_O l kept going back and forth inside of my head for a week and decided to go through with it.

So far it runs great and is super clean but that V8 5.0 needs more balls! my Amazon shopping cart is already full of goodies...here we go again lol

Thanks brother...I never thought I'd buy another ford again after almost killing myself in my mustang 5.0 back in the day but my search for chevy, gmc 1500 & 2500's was going no where. Every 1500/2500 around here were complete rusty pos and way over priced...at least this ford(it's hard to say that word...fordo_O) lol is in mint condition with a nice clean slate I can work with

My plan is to build something similar to a raptor since it's already got a nice stance...she's sitting on 20'' xd series wheels with 35x12.5'' nitto grapplers with a 6'' bds lift kit with fox shocks

Thanks brother, it can definitely use a cold air intake and exhaust just to wake it up a bit

No problem you can even put the Boss 302 intake manifold from the Mustangs in there for a power gain you loose a little power down low tho

As far as getting the the tow mirrors to work as running lights and blinkers, it's a pretty easy mod. The hardest part is removing/replacing the mirrors without breaking them. I took some pics of all the wires that need to be cut and soldered but I realized after I went to re-install the mirrors that one of the wires was soldered in the wrong place.

I love the mirrors (sorry late to the party). What mirrors did you order? and also my 2006 has an auto fold in feature. Do you think these mirrors could be wired up and have that feature work with different setup?

I ordered the tow mirrors on ebay, I think they ran me about $200? I'm sure they could be wired up with no problem but as far as them auto folding...I'm really not sure, I fold them by hand and their a little stiff
