Thanks to that fella @ScottyBoy I ordered LEDs and resistors for my climate control which is totally dead (lighting-wise). Which snowballed into ordering LEDs for everything else on the dash.

EDIT: Totally the wrong thread, what a tool.

May not be a drain be theres gotta be something on the cover to fill it up tho. All you really have to do is loosen all the bolts and completely remove the lowers and it'll drain.

Yeah. I know. I was hoping it was easy. I have done this numerous times on my old Jeep. I always said I would buy a new cover with a drain plug and never did, LOL.

Lets see the led lighting that you have in your Tahoe or Yukon. I'm looking to change my low beam and high beam led's out. I don't think mine are bright enough. Please tell what led's that you are using.

Don't remember if I posted this already, but, early Christmas present. Reads abs and airbag codes. Also has live data. Now all I have to do is learn how to use it. View attachment 189275 View attachment 189276
For the Hoe of course.

I have the same one. Well, not the same EXACT one, but basically the older version of that one. I have the 3160d and you have the 3160g. Main difference is yours has the bigger screen and it's a full color screen. My screen is the old ass black and blue screen. I've had mine for about 2-3 years now and I still don't know how to use all the features on it. But yes, the live data, ABS codes, and airbag codes all come in handy. I checked my Burban and even though my airbag light wasn't on, it pulled a fault code. Said something about "failure to communicate" or something. I reset it and it hasn't come back on since. And I was also able to easily pull the ABS codes on my Burban and my son's 99 Silverado. We both have the same code for a faulty ABS module. I reset mine and it is doing fine, but his KEEPS popping back on every time he drives the truck so we will have to fix his. And live data, I still don't know how to fully use it, but I have had it connected while driving and i could view my coolant temp, transmission temp, engine RPMs, and even vehicle speed. It's good if you want to see how accurate the gauge cluster is. Here's what my screen looks like. Nowhere near as cool as your full color screen. This was a code it was popping a few times right after I replaced my oxygen sensors.
