damn, filled up two whole thread pages of comments on my idiot move last night. haha. i was drinking with my neighbor and watching UFC and saw the link. Looked like the right shifter to me with blurry beer eyes. i swear i have looked multiple times on eBay and never saw the leather one. i must have been searching the wrong term. Oh well, luckily it was saturday so they probably didnt ship. i asked to cancel the order. Hopefully it will refund, then i will get the right one Tony posted.

Love the feel and look of my nnbs shifter. Didn't want an esky shifter cause I didn't want the chrome tip, as there's no other chrome pieces in my interior. But the leather does look sexy and I'm sure the chrome could probably be painted.

the grey leather and chrome tip will match my setup though. i have chrome rings on the esky gauges and grey leather

I recouped my drunk losses within 24 hours
Sold all my lights for $120 on craigslist. OEM Tails, driving lights and the LED tails i had. Lessens the pain from last night.

Had a $5 coupon from Oreilly's too. So i got a new Air Filter and the PCV Valve was only 99 cents. Think it came to $17 for everything. Just installed them. Obviously very easy for both. (i swear it takes me longer to take off those engine plastic covers than it ever takes to replace whatever is under them)

Even if it is brown he could always spray it black. No biggie since it wouldn't be a large area to spray.

My NBS esky shifter came with dark colored leather. I redyed mine tan. It wasn’t too hard. I need to redo the NNBS one I have cuz it got a little whacked. Lol. My NNBS shifter came black leather. So I need to make it tan to match my interior. It isn’t too hard to do. Just got mask them off properly and it’ll come out nice.

nice. yup. as long as its prepped right one could dye it or just use pewter/grey SEM etc..

I used SEM tan. Lol. The NNBS shifter was kind of a pain to mask off though....

I figure it's doable but a pia. Plus trying not to get paint sprayed into the tow/haul switch too.
