And you need to put that thing on a dyno, especially if you do a cam. I would love to see the numbers you're putting down, and a time at the strip
I've already found a shop with an AWD dyno that will do a few runs for $100. But I want a cam in first. I'm going to do some longtubes at some point also but the cam comes first.

What symptoms do u have with the ABS? Most of us who had random abs/brake lights sent the module off and have it repaired. Less than $100 fix.

About 5 minutes into any drive my ABS and parking brake lights come on. My brakes pulse under really any pressure, and I had a big scare about a month back where my brakes all locked up. I think I'm gonna pull it and get it refurbished.

Yeah it's worth a shot. I got a lifetime warranty on mine. I also had a constant abs pump running even after the engine was turned off. There is a relay in the abs module that can go bad. The guy fixed the board, relay and tested it before sending it back. Everyone seemed to have good luck with the repair.

Thx guys. Hey @Red Rocket , yours should sound similar I'd think once you do your can swap.
After the cam AND headers lol. One thing at a time. I just emailed Roger Vinci and told him I'm ready to order the Trucker cam and their double springs, pushrods, guides and retainers. In the next couple days though I'm pulling the blower again and reinstalling with all new gaskets and hardware. I can't stand knowing there's a small intake leak, plus it finally threw a lean code just like Justin said it would. I know what happened- the second time I installed the lower intake manifold I messed up and put the gaska-cinch on the wrong surface of the passenger side gasket and had to remove it and put it on the right side. Probably either didn't get it all off or contaminated the gasket. Lesson learned but at least I'll be a pro at installing a Whipple.:banghead:

Haven't done an oil change since I bought it @181k. Dealer sticker said bring it in at 185k, I'm at 183.5k and had already put 2.5 qts in it. Not sure when exactly they changed it or what they put in. I just added parts store cheapo to hold me over.

Added half a can of seafoam to the oil and half to the fuel today when I got home. Let it idle for about 20 min with some revs. Then drained and filled with 6qts 5W-30 full synthetic Mobil 1, STP additive with leak guard (figured I'd try it since I'm burning some oil), and a new Delco filter. Feels good to have some piece of mind and now I can really gauge how much it's burning.
