Since this is my go to thread for my Tahoe and I always get good feedback I wanted to get your input about LED tail lights for my NNBS Suburban. I know it's the NBS section. :)

Go with the G4s or the new 2015+ plus U-pattern? A member just posted the new ones on his NNBS which got me thinking. I thought about the G5s too, but that would involve getting the Esky appliques to line up with the crease of the G5 tails. Thx guys.

New ones are about $75 more than the G4s.

G4s in red, but if you can get the "C" style in red for a stock look then get those . But not the black you posted for your white body color.

I honestly really dig the new style GMC taillights, and I really haven't seen them on a NNBS before, I think they'd look great on your 'burb.

Thx. Will see how we go.

Good point. That black would be too much against the WDT. Will search a bit harder to see if I can find them in red. Even so the G4s are a great look.

Lol u already know my opinion but let me mention this, why i chose not to go with any 15+ style taillights is becuz on the nnbs the turn signals on the mirrors are red and on all the 15+ they are amber so the 15+ taillight turn signals are also amber to match the mirrors.

Dust shields huh? I Like to get rid of those usually if I can. Why are you replacing them? Rusted away?

I think mine are in decent shape I got a good deal on them figured I'd replace them and sell the old ones if there clean

Ill play along here, I bought my 03 on the 4th and have been replacing most of the standard stuff. The first thing I had to do was change the knock sensors since I had a p0322 code appear on my way home from buying it :893Chainsaw-Smilie-. I called the guy back and asked if he had been getting the light and he said it had been coming on and going back off... pretty sure he just unhooked the battery because once it came on it never turned back off. I didnt think to take any pics of my valley pan but it was a mess to say the least. Rear knock was in 3 inches of water and the harness was on it way out also so I replaced it as well.

Last night I went ahead and drained the radiator and changed all the hoses along with the heater hoses. I also changed the serpentine and AC belt. I finished up by adding on a $50 ebay intake that swapped right in with minimal effort.

Looking good. Knock sensors are typical on the nbs. I'm positive the seller did unhook the battery like you said. With all that coolant, it didn't just happen. There's a few guys in here running that same eBay setup. Dollar for dollar it's a good, cheap mod.

Got this put in also. Anyone have a link for a replacement filter for this eBay special? It makes a cool whistle sound when I get on it now, kinda like a turbo spool, but not as loud. But I'm not sure if it still will if when I put a good filter on it.
