Is there an online, hopefully free, wiring diagram for a 96 Yukon or Tahoe ?

Try alldatadiy.com, it’s pretty much the factory service manual and would have all wiring diagrams for your truck.

It’s an annual subscription based on your VIN. It’s around $20-something a year I think.

you could also try googling for the gm upfitter guide for your vehicle there usually in pdf format.

I was trying to get around alldatadiy.com. I work for Autozone and we sell it. LOL But might have to go that route

If you still didn't get it let me know. I had gotten some diagrams from a member oh here a couple of years ago. i'll look around and see if I still have them.

I downloaded the service manuals here. There should be complete wiring diagrams in one of them.
