Just wondering,

I already have load resistors for my front blinkers. My question is do I need to uninstall the load resistors if I put normal 3157's back in? Does it affect the output or hurt them at all? Thanks.

i imagine added resistance on a regular bulb may make it flash slower or maybe even dimmer.

That's what I was thinking, I wasn't sure. But I thought that the resistors capped at say 50W so it wouldn't really load more than that.

It's not gonna add resistance because they're connected in parrallel. If anything, it's just going to draw more current. Might not be a good thing for your fuses though.
