I had a friend of mine when I was in college that had a metro. Honest to god, he would turn off the A/C when he was going up some of the steep hills around us steep so he could try and maintain at least 50 mph. Ahhh-the throaty growl of that 3 cylinder. :driver:
Ahh, the old "turn off the A/C" supercharger technique! Was effective on the GEO Metro and added, what could only be described as, 2HP feel in the seat of the pants! :sunot:

A friend of mine had a 4 door Geo Metro. It was a 3 cylinder and with 4 people in it, it wouldn't get out of it's own way, lol.

Also, I think the wheels/tires on it were only like 13"

One of my high school friends had a Honda 600. Also 3 cylinders, and we lived in the Sierras. Going uphill with 6 guys it was kinda slow.
