Still debating on how to lift the Hoe. 2002 2wd.

A) Keys, 2"spacers, 3" PA BL

B) 4" spindles with ford keys and 6" coils in rear

c) Something different

Wondering what the difference would be. Looking to clear 35's, maybe 37's down the road. Plan on running 17x9 Classic locks 4.5 BS and 35's (probally Grapplers). Guessing both should run under 1000$, or am I wrong?

Thanks again! One day I'll get this figured out

not too sure how different a 2WD kit will differ from a 4x4.... but ive got a 6" RCX kit and i love it! I did have to do some trimming to clear my wheel/tire combo. But its safe to say that a bit more lift would be better for 35" tires than a 6" lift.

Dont get me wrong, the 6" does clear my 35's but i can imagine when I hit a trail and my suspension starts to articulate. I think its gonna rub quite a bit, so im gonna go a bit higher on mine. (1.5" rear spring spacers and keys for a total 7.5/8" lift)

I got 18x9 Eagle 63 Series on 35" Toyo M/T

let us know what you decide on...

oh and Trail Grapplers on 35x12.5R17 are over $1000.... tires only. Factor in the price of the wheels then mount and balance. My guess is about $1500 - 1700 or so.

Oh sorry that reads wrong, I mean either lift should be around 1000$ that I have listed? I know a full drop be more. Wasnt factoring in price of tires and wheels.

Got this quote from performancelifts:
FTS1599-7 Fabtech 3" Lift Spindle
FTS1599-1 Fabtech 3" Rear Lift Spacer Kit
GMK1500KEYS Torsion Key Lift 1-2" Inches
PER10033 Performance Accessories A 3" Body Lift

Those parts combined will provide 7" to 8" of total lift over stock height depending on how you adjust the torsion bars. That is sufficient lift to properly clear a 35" tire. The parts total is $1547.95 delivered to Oak Harbor, 98277.

That seem steep or about right delivered?

not sure, but I paid about $1800 for my 6" lift INSTALLED out here in Brunswick, GA.

Are you gonna install it yourself or have a shop install it? If so, add about $400-$600 for installation depending on the shop.
