Where can I find this black "cap" for my Giovanna Caracas'?

I am really wanting to have black centers on my wheels. I'm really considering plasti-dip but I'd love to find something like these, but I can't seem to find them for sale anywhere. Anyone know where I can find these for 26's?

I figured no one would
