Is that noise from under the hood or inside? I assume under the hood. Does sound like compressor problems or just the clutch. I also assume it only does the noise when clutch is engaged.

Under hood
Only when ac running. Ac clutch?

Seems like it gets a little better when warmed up… maybe…

On the front of compressor is the clutch. When a/c is off, the belt spins the pulley when engine is running. When you turn a/c on, the clutch in front of pulley is magnetically sucked against the spinning pulley and the compressor is splined to clutch and the clutch turns compressor.

I am gonna make a recommendation. Since you did not know what the a/c clutch is, we all started learning somewhere, I recommend either a qualified friend help you or a qualified shop do the work.
