washed off the "protective salt coating"

Changed the oil, replaced the tail light circuit board, shampooed the front carpets today and cleaned the engine bay.

Wax on, wax off, ax on, wax off. I am all for clean parts and all but polishing armoralling stuff is just ugly to me. Let the natural beauty show. And please get rid of the photo effect. It hides all the detail.
