I like it.

Is the grill primered? Where did you get it?

Grille is just black plastic. I figure paint will stick to that better than sanding on the chrome factory one. Also bought a black speed grille insert, but it won't fit this grille. Got it on fleabay.

Why won't the insert fit that grill?

The grille opening in the aftermarket grille is larger than the stock grille. It's about a 3/4-1 inch bigger opening all the way around. Was hopping to get rid of the GMC, but I will just paint the red part black or body color.

Just stretch the speed grille to make it fit if its only 1 inch. Mine is different obviously, but had to actually make mine smaller to fit, still had quite a bit of extra material.

I would try that before I sent it back. Just remember nothing is expected to fit flush and fine when modding. lol

There is no "streaching" it. If it was a mesh type material maybe. Plus it's powder coated. Need to find a Denali and measure the grille, might be closer to that size. Hard to see but this is held down and to the side, to much space to fill.

yeah that is quite the stretch and not much material to stretch on it.

Perhaps the denali and regular GMC grille are different. Dont know.

Buy it Shawn

Denali and regular are differant, just not sure by how much. Need to go parking lot hunting with a tape measure.

Oh well i don't have a Denali lol. I just thought it wasn't fitting right because you aren't using a factory grill assembly

That is the reason it won't fit. It will fit your grille perfect. Fits my factory grille great, just not the after market one.

I have a denali, what do you need measuring? Would rather measure mine then come out of a Home Depot to you out there measuring mine! hahaha
