Finally got around to doing the roof rack delete today. Gives the ol' girl a nice slick look. While I was at it, I changed the oil to Mobil 1 and she began to idle smoother as soon I started it up. Then I got really motivated and took the rear passenger door apart and cleaned the window regulator motor since it stopped working. Put it all back together and she works like a champ. It was a pretty good day.

just did the antenna delete mod today...

I wraped some copper wire around the base and ran it up through the weather seal to get better reception. I get better reception than with the original antenna! Esky piece is on order...for now i put duct tape over the hole

05 Nali - thats one way but easiest way is unbolt the mount base and lay the hole factory antena down next to the inner fender under the hood and zip tie it up out the way under the lip... and order the $15 Escalade vent corner that does not have the hole.. as the escalades did not have antenna,, small detailed make it look so clean... just suggestion.. but i do like the copper with weather stripping way also

Brought my new esky side view mirrors to get the top half painted Summit White to match my car! so pumped!!!!

I got worse reception than not having it, when i did it that way also. running by the fender. So now i just put a onstar antenna in place of the regualr antenna. Looks good to me.

How much did it cost?

dropped the hoe 2/3 but dude forgot to cut the bumpstops in the back so now theyre squished like pancakes, ill cut them friday. I was also forced to throw the u2's on because the 17's wouldn't fit right.
