When that happens I usually cut the peeling part off with a sharp razor blade, then respray it. Usually works. Better then peeling it all off and starting from scratch.

Am currently swapping in a new battery, my old one barely had enough juice to crank over after playing the radio with the key on Accessory for about 45 minutes. Picked up a 800 cca/ 1000ca/ 125 reserve minute group 34/78 dual terminal for $80.

Am going to grab the old battery and mounting hardware out of my wrecked Suburban, and run a dual battery setup. Running a dual battery system with another of the same batteries, just have to order some 1/0 wire to tie the two in parallel. Gonna have me 1600cca's of cranking power, and 250 minutes of reserve!

Wouldlove to do a dual battery setup.

Id divorce them though and not run them in series that way you can always have a dedicated cranking battery.

To finish what I started earlier. Gave her a hand wash and was tired of the plastidip look. After 2 years and zero issues it help up great besides a few rock chips. But I wanted to change it up a bit and I'm glad I did. Love the new look, chrome looks so good on this blue now that the paint has been restored.
Btw proof that plastidip is amazing stuff if you know how to use it. It all came off in one piece in under a minute. Did the same with my original grille and rear bumper but I didn't take any pics.
Only dip on the truck is the lower valance, which has also held up surprisingly great.

Dont worry I still plan on colormatching as soon as possible.

Holy crap finally

Trans work right? Oem build or built up?
Didn't get to really test it out last night, I was only able to drive it through town. It's built. Not balls out, but far from OEM. Vette servo, shift kit, case saver, kevlarbands and whatever else that's in there.
That's great. Took them long enough lol. How is it ?????
I'm hoping to find out today! :D Driving on the highway. I'll let you guys know.

That sounds crazy to me! Do you have an extra set of wheels? If you did you could just drop your set off and go back later.

I could. But around me the only guy is in a sketchy neighbourhood!!! I would like to stay with the truck. I am afraid if I drop off the wheels they may not come back !!! Lol
Seriously it's that bad.
Not to many people around me have aftermarket rims. And only two people do road force balancing. Second guy is the dealer "stealer". It's a bad dealer. So it looks like I will be waiting
