Posted a new thread about this but wanted to see if yall had any ideas. Any way to gt my hitch pin out without damaging it? Could i bend the electric receptacle up?

Those locking pins are no good, had the same issue with mine took a sawzall with a metal blade cut in maybe a 1/4 inch and it was just enough to loosen up the lock and get it off

Today I got my 80 amp relays with blocks so I can beef up my E-fan harness. I don't want to ever again have my engine overheat because a relay has failed. The pins are way bigger that the 40 amp relays and the wiring is much bigger too.

Are the rest of the wires in the harness going to be able to handle the load? Is it the same gauge as those pigtails?

They will be when I'm done with it! I'll just rebuild the damn thing, I'm pretty good with wiring. I might have to get new pins for the fan connectors or new fan connectors with bigger wires, I'll have to investigate that. Whatever it takes.

Would love to get an Esky, the one i was interested in sold and I'm having a hard time finding one at the moment and would love to have the connivence of a truck too, to be able to just throw stuff in the back whenever. Also i love the 6.2 and 6 speed in my wife's nnbs yukon and would love to have the same. I have some stuff that would be coming off the nbs if i trade it in, esky rack and appliqués, spyder taillights, smoked headlight lenses, smoked third brake light, esky antenna piece, street scene hitch cover.
