@kwOH @Bombsquad85 @MadDogDelpho

I think the picture labels of the first and second design back glass were accidentally reversed earlier in the thread.

I think you are correct here. My 06 has this style.

I think its more of a 06 thing, maybe just the very end of 05 had them. When i said first and second i meant in the order we were referring to them, not in order they were used. Sorry for the confusion.

Are the two interchangeable otherwise?

Thought I made progress on my Brake light issue being lit up all the time. Put the new Timkin wheel hub on. Reconnected the ABS switch. Got the brakes and wheel back on. Take the truck off the jack and backing out BOOM the light is gone. Drive it around the neighborhood stays off!! Pull of to the drive way before I put it in park its back on!! Man this is driving me nuts. 2 New wheel speed sensor lines haven't done it. Re-flowing the soder on the ABS module hasn't fix it. New hub. Last possible option I is their has to be a short in the wires. Now idea how to trace it other than start from the wheel speed sensor and see where that rabbit hole goes.

It's not a critical issue with the truck but I'm sick of hearing it ding relentlessly every time I turn it on. Hate seeing the service brake message on my DIC too. Any advice is welcome.

Side note. Changing the hub was pretty easy with a impact gun and a little bit of heat on the axle nut.

I think it's still your Abs module. I used to repair electronics and reflowing solder was rarely a fix. I'd be sending it in for a rebuild or since you've already worked on it, maybe getting one out of a junkyard and sending it in to get rebuilt. Otherwise you're just guessing whether it's good or not.

Got a hold of a repair shop. He wanted me to send in pics before they would take it. I will do that. Than if they do might hope for that. Only reason I don't belive it's abs module only the brake light comes on. I my abs light and traction control light don't come on anymore. If I'm wrong enlighten me. It's not interment either. It's a constant on. Makes me think a short in the wire harness somewhere.
