Weird noise coming from very back pass panel

I have a 05 suburban and there is a funny noise coming from behind the very back panel on pass side what is back there that would make it sound like a mouse is running aroumd in it

Your rear A/C blower is back there. Might be worth pulling the panel and taking a look.
