Weird connector. For towing?

I found this connector in the back of my 2002 suburban. It says delphi ra66 on it. But I can't find any information on it.

What is this? And can I convert it to a 4pin for towing?

Definitely for towing. You can get a factory GM 6 pin:

Thats the back end ofbthe stock of 7 pin. Your truck have a hitch? It may have an aftermarket hitch without factory connector

I went ahead and ordered something on Amazon that could utilize it. Thank you. The guys at U haul had no idea what it was.

Actually I do not. Unless it's removable. And it's been lost somewhere. (the truck was handed down from my parents. My family is still technically the only owner though. I was a child when it was purchased. So if it had one initially. I wouldn't know.) but there were the holes in the bumper. For a ball. I actually bought a ball hitch at U haul and just put that in.

Your truck didnt come with the factory hitch reciever like the one pictured above, so tgat connector was just tucked up there under the bumper. When it is equipped from the factor your connector goes in that hole in the one above and then you can plug a 7 to 4 way flat connector to it. (?with another few connectors) Either way, yes it for hooking up your tow lights. Good luck

Yep, that's basically what I ordered on Amazon. Gonna cut the bumper and have it placed on the opposite side of the spare tire thing when it comes in tommorow. Thank you again.
