Okay out there looking for the vortec experts...I have a 2004 Denali and I have an oil pressure and not sure which way to go with engine cold pressure hovers around 30-40 and as the engine warms up slowly starts to go down now I haven't put a mechanical gauge on it yet but I have replaced the sensor also I am using an interceptor gauge that is where I am getting the readings does anyone have any input other than "Get another engine" btw it does have 246,000 miles

there is a o-ring on the oil pick up tube that goes. there are a few write ups on this. Sorry I don't know how to post the links here for you. I would change that before changing the engine.
