I have the viper remote start alarm but have a problem with the truck starting. i push the start button twice and the truck tries to start but it just turns off. any clue to why this is happening?

mines does that sometimes too. im not sure why. and sometimes it doesnt unlock when the car is started. its weird. id like to know whats wrong too.

sounds like the security bypass, or needs a tach relearn, contact the installer, they should be able to resolve it for you for little to no cost.
i know my installer is awesome, most things can be resolved over the phone, but he is always more than willing to drop what he's doing if i show up there. (my system is a compustar pro)
