On my 2020 Yukon, the ventilated seat makes a noise in the back that sounds like a bad blower motor. Looking online it seems to be part 84445275. Does anyone have or know of a guide on how to unzip the seat to get to the back where the motor is?

Have you checked out YouTube? I'll bet they have a step-by-step video on the task that you are looking to do. I know that they have a lot of seat cover, and seat cushion, and seat heater replacement videos.
