Vehicle doeant turn off with key now.

I had an amp and sub installed. Now the engine doesn't turn off with the key. Only when opening the door. Also the drop down steps are doing wierd things. What is causing this?

Sounds like whoever installed the amp and sub wired up to wrong wiring.

I cannot personally assist you with your issue, but other members of this Forum much more knowledgeable than me in this area will chime in.

I would recommend that you take the truck back to the audio installer and let them review and double check their work.

Apparently incorrectly....need to take it back to shop that did it...and get some advice on where to connect it.
