I've got a 2003 Z71 Suburban (no sunroof) with the factory drop down Panasonic rear DVD Player. The system works fine, but the screen is pretty small/grainy and I'd like to have HDMI input instead of the RCA inputs.
Has anyone upgraded their system on the 2003+ GMT800? The headliner looks like it is molded to fit this system. How did you deal with that?
