Upgrades???

I have a CAI already and im planing on going to electric radiator fan.
What tune, Spark plugs, Wires, throtle body, etc. would yall recomend?

i have a '04 LT w/5.3L automatic transmission 2wd.

Blackbear tune is the way to go, plus if you do electric fans you will have to get a tune to turn on the pin. Plugs and wires stick with stock delco or ngk tr55 plugs are the same. You said throttle body so I hope your not refering to a spacer, stay away from those, best thing to do with throttle body is take it off for a good full cleaning.

Yup, order your tune and when you have your fans and tune at the same time install them both

How much does the tune cost? and do they have preset to choose from or do i have to order the cable and then send it bakc and wait on the tune?

Not to take anything away from Justin but there are several good tuners in the houston area..

First one the comes to mind is brown speed...Jake tunes alot of trucks in the area and he is a pretty good guy to work with also..

Another name to mention is Wheatley tuning...He also tunes some pretty fast trucks in the area..

Both of these guys would tune your truck in person so there would be no down time

About how much am I looking at to get a tune? All i want is better shifting from my "wonderful" stock, the speed limiter removed and the efan pin activated. or do tunes come in a packed type of offer?

do the blackbear live scan tune for sure! I did and its awesome, highly recommended. As stated above, throttle body spacer is a complete waste and can actually cause problems. If you're thinking of doing an exhaust do it before you get a custom tune just FYI because your car's data will be different with an aftermarket exhaust. Also check out all of our signatures at the bottom of our posts, it will give you ideas as to what we have done with our trucks (feel free to ask me for info about any of the one listed on mine)

$250-$300 for the ones i listed but its a full tune..You would have to talk to them about just doing the small adjustments..
