Unlock Lights dont flash...

2004 denali...when you hit the unlock button from the remote the lights the orange lights and the other lights with it are supposed to flash...the orange lights flash but the clear lights do not. driver side went out but passenger side still worked, then the passenger side went out, i just changed both bulbs and they still do not work. what do i check?

Not sure I follow which lights you are wanting lit. BUT, my '06 Denali has options to turn on and off features using the functions on the dashboard. I want to say they are "courtesy lights"? I know there are various things to change, lock/unlock options being one of them, but its been a long time and an easy/probable place to start.

yes the curtesy lights, but after starting the truck, they come on as they should when i press the unlock button.

Maybe it has something to do with the light sensor? Did you do any work to the truck right before this started?
