I was hoping this was gonna be an easy swap so I didn't do much research. Has anybody here done a similar seat swap? If so, would you be able to tell me the pin-outs on the connectors so I can cobble this together and use this beautiful, un-torn and hopefully, less farted in seat?

The pre 2003 trucks ran on an analog electrical system while the 2003 and up trucks switched over to a digital electrics system. While I have seen 2003 and newer seats in a handful of pre 2003 trucks, it’s not an easy swap. I’d imagine that to make all the power adjustment switches functionally correctly with the newer seat in the older truck, the entire wire harness underneath would have to be re wired to get it to communicate with the 2001 truck’s electricals.
