Gonna Rebuild The Transmission But Not Sure What Kit I Should Get Was Wondering What You Guys Thought

Seems like an okay for some parts but it seems to be missing quite a bit more. The parts list for mine when rebuilt was about $1300 in parts alone. Solenoids, pistons, valving and what not.

my rebuild cost me 1300.... and yea that kit is for racing trans and really upgrades it a bit. i think you still need more stuff

monster transmissions has the monster in a box kit.. supposed to real good.

That kit + pump rebuild kit + trans go separator plate + trans go (or superior) shift correction kit + beast sun shell + new HD sprag + upgraded band + servo upgrade = trans rebuild. That kit alone isn't even worth tearing the tranny down for ... You should also look for a deep aluminum pan and the biggest cooler you can afford to protect your investment.
