Okay I changed out my transmission myself to a remanufactured one foolishly by myself. Now my flywheel is hitting the bell housing above the starter I believe. Any advice on where to start trying to fix this disaster.

Is the transmission properly aligned into the dowels, and is it fully seated? If yes and it touches still, you more than likely have the wrong bell housing. If that is the case check the old tranny and see how far the stator shaft and tranny shaft stick from the pump body. If the same check spline count and bell housing size to make sure you didnt get the wrong 4l60e for your vehicle.

Is the torque converter fully seated? If not, it might be pushing the flex plate
