Funny part is I'm thinking about getting the Grabbers exclusively as summer tires...lol.

Already have studded snow tires.

And for the record, we have sand, snow, and mud just like you. We just have a longer and probably colder winter, too.

The main reasons I'm looking at the Grabbers over the Grapplers or BFG's are this: They are cheaper, have generally just as good of reviews, and have a long tread-life and warranty. If I could afford another $150/tire, I might think differently, too.

I did say siping and maybe that wasnt the correct most usefull choice of words. What i meant was in a tire like the BFG al-terrain..in rain water is just pushed in multiple directions..theres no dedicated channel of flow AWAY from the tread. Every pair of BFG a/t's ive driven on werent very impressive in rain.

On a side not Falken has a few really nice looking and secs a/t tires coming out. If i can find them locally im really considering them.
