Yeah I gotta say I love everything about it except the black handles, IMO, they stick out like a sore thumb. But it isn't my truck. ;) love everything else though!!

Very nice truck Robbie!
I actually like a bit of Cali lean. No more than 1.5" though and yours looks to be less than that.
One of the reasons why I like it is there is something about a bulldogging truck going down the highway that makes it look like it is powered by a jet engine lol.
I'm surprised 3.73s can cut it though with that much tire.

It's only about 1.7 inches taller than a 305/30/26, and folks run those with 3.42s.

I was shocked though, it definetly rips through without a problem!

I like that illumination of the boards.
Can you get a low side shot of them so I can see how they look from the sides?
Also, what are your additional plans for it? Audio/video?

Sure, I'll snag some shots of it as soon as.. you guessed it, the wife comes home with it. :okay2:

I don't drive it enough to be concerned about audio/video. Might do a 2012 NAV hard drive in-dash, but that's about it.

Only other plans for it are the dual reservoir shocks up front with the shock hoops, exhaust (in the garage right now), and then just enjoy it.

Haha ok. Looks like the wife loves driving it. Your gonna have to get her one of the many new 2014 GM models that are coming within the next year to get her out of it.
Are you going to keep it long?

I'll keep it until it can't run anymore. But... If someone wants to buy it, adios! Lol.

I'll probably eBay it shortly just to see what kind of attention it gets.

I honestly don't know if I can get her out of this truck. She's always wanted a lifted 2dr Tahoe, so having this makes her smile ear to ear.

Have you thought about painting your handles and mirrors gloss black?

negative. That would take away from the flat black silverado emblems, the flat black valance, the flat black grill insert, the flat black tonneau cover, and the rest of the flat black/gloss white look I was shooting for.

If I was to paint the handles gloss black, then I'd have to paint all the plastics to match. Can't have different shades of colors on there, it just won't look right.

I'm 100% happy with the way the entire truck looks appearance wise. I am 99% for certain that there won't be any other changes with it.

:D

No, Serge, no immediate plans of lifting the rear end up higher than the front.

I have another question ...

---------- Post added at 06:06 PM ---------- Previous post was at 06:04 PM ----------

Actually I was wondering if you have some sort of fold down step at the tailgate to get into the truck bed?

I can tell you this... i LOVE pulling up behind people and having them have to readjust their mirrors. (that one was for you buddy!)

No, don't really need it. There's a rear bumper there. Step onto it and in ya go!
