Thanksgiving get together turns into seat swap

My 07 came with the 2 seat 3rd row. We were at my wife's family get together for Thanksgiving and her uncle was there with his 07 and it had a 3 seat 3rd row. I told him he needed to swap seats with me and he said "fine with me, we don't haul passengers anyway". I had been looking since I have 4 kids and need the extra seating.
