Don't know if anyone has posted this before but you can go to the Texas State surplus site and view the vehicles for sale.
Texas state troopers use Tahoes.... most used ones will have 120k miles and the price varies with condition. Rust in Texas
is only an issue if the vehicle was used around the Gulf coast.

This where I bought thecopcar 7 years ago. The best condition vehicles are for cash sale. The others are auctioned. Many include the weapon locker. Some have pushbars or grilles guards. Some also have a spotlight.

Mine had 171K when I bought it. Now 213K. The only real issue is when the radiator blew up 20 miles from pavement in Big Bend back in 2021.

The state sells those at auction with a salvage title, and clearly indicates the known damage.
