Use a Diablo metal cutting blade to cut that nut off.
Check out this thread for bypassing the wiper motor and which wires to jump to get the glass latch circuit operational. I temporarily used a jumper wire taped to the plug. I did go back in there and cut and solder the 2 wires since I did the rear wiper motor delete.
