2012 Tahoe - Rear glass won't open with FOB or button

Problem just started today I'm guessing since the rear wiper worked yesterday. Went to pop the rear glass with the button to get in the back and didn't open. Tried the key FOB and the same. Rear hatch works with all functions (button inside, handle and FOB). Rear wiper also doesn't turn on from the stalk but the pump does work. I've checked every fuse and all were good. Not sure where to start looking now.

Ideas?

Inspect the wiring harness at the top of the open liftgate, where it goes into the body, for wiring breaks or a melted/damaged connector. Maybe look on www.charm.li for a wiring diagram so you can identify the wires that are specific to that function.

Total newb error on my part. When looking at the fuse layout for the block on the dash miss counted and was checking the wrong fuse for the rear wiper. The #26 was blank which I didn’t notice. Should have seen the amp difference but air balled that.
