My 2020 Tahoe leaks dust like crazy around the rear lift glass. I've replaced the seal multiple times, adjusted the latch, etc. We drive 20+ miles of gravel road daily and the set-up for the hatch, especially the rear lift glass is so that dust collects on top of the seal then shifts through the seal. I don't ever use the rear lift glass. And blowing the dust off of the seals daily just isn't going to happen in my lifetime.

How would I permanently seal it off?

Is there another solution I'm not thinking of?

Permatex Clear RTV. It'll clean up relatively easy should you someday change your mind and want it to open again too.
