After living in NJ for 20 years, I can certainly attest to that. However, every state that I've lived in, or traveled through, has their fair share, as well.

Don’t you guys know there’s only two types of drivers- idiots and assholes. Idiots are everybody driving slower than you, and assholes are everybody driving faster than you. Admit it- every time someone is holding you up, you call them an idiot. “ F***ing idiot, get out of my way !” Or when someone (like me or @Tonyrodz ) flies past you, you call them an *******. “ F***ing ******* ! “

How about the ones who cut you off, with no turn signal--while you're doing 80, and they're doing 40, and the speed limit is 65! They could go either way- or both. I would say both....idiot AND *******.
Edit: they’re actually assholes who became idiots because first they were going faster than you in order to get in front of you (*******) then they became idiots because now they’re going slower than you, holding you up.
