If you have a 2021 or newer vehicle, it will be more difficult as GM uses Global B electrical architecture, and I don't know if anyone has tuning capabilities yet. Hennessy does supercharged 6.2's but I am not sure how they tune them. There might be someone else besides them but not many unfortunately.

I think Hennessy has a contract with GM to allow tuning for factory based tuning. Kinda like Shelby for Ford. I know a few ppl who go to the Chevy store and walk out with fully warrantied Tahoes and Suburbans (aka more $$ than brains). It’s either they have an agreement with them or they use a standalone engine controller that they warranty the trucks.

The global B stuff has been unlocked for a couple years now. It costs a lot more than previous systems, but can be done easily.

ya global B has a work around, not plug-n-play the ecm has to be sent in then it get sent back unlocked

I have a Whipple on my L83 but that is the K2XX platform (last gen). If you have a 2021+ that is T1XX platform.

Whipple includes a hand held tuner that works with global B in their package. Call them and speak with them. Their tech support is really good.

If you want to buy a cheaper option, there are kits available to install the Eaton 1.9 blower off a camaro or caddy. You will need the HP Tuners ECU unlocking services for the Global B in combination with the eaton package.
