Sunroof

i got a 2001 Chevy tahoe LT. The sunroof will flip up but won’t go back down and it will not slide back. I pulled the sunroof off and when I hit the switch only one track works. Could it be an electrical issue or is something wrong with the track?

^^X2 and binds. Don’t over do it the motor doesn’t like it.
