I have a custom built enclosure with a JL 12W3v3-2 installed and no longer have my '07 so would like to sell it. I don't have enough posts to sell it here so do any of you guys have a suggestion as to where I can post this up for sale? I put all of this in back in April of '14 and pulled it out a couple of weeks ago. The enclosure has 1.0 cu ft with the sub taken into account as per JL's recommendation for a sealed enclosure. Here are a couple of pics so a person can see what I am talking about. Anyhow, any help would be appreciated.

I have been thinking about building a box like this. How much do you want for it?

Jenks, OK. I think drink holders could be incorporated but they might foul on the woofer magnet or basket. Another option would be to fab up a holder that could be mounted to the front of the enclosure. The center console in my Escalade had the rear cup holders so I just skipped it.

I am willing to sell the enclosure and woofer separately. It would be $200 for the enclosure and $150 for the woofer.

I am pretty sure it is an imitation leather. It matched the texture and color of the seats the best so that is what I had the upholstery shop stitch up.

But the "opening" fires forward correct? How was the imaging with it in that position? Did you have to use any type of delay for the rest of the audio system?

The sub fires downward and the large opening at the bottom is where the sound comes out. This is the same way sealed enclosures work under the back seat of an extended cab or four door truck. As far as timing goes I never mess with it as its not something that bothers me similar to mounting a tweeter 90 degrees off axis from the mid. Is it better to compensate for it? I'm sure it makes a difference but I'm not willing to spend the money or time to tune the system with additional gear. As far as imaging goes I've always felt that comes from the mids and highs more than the sub. The bass presence will naturally be affected by the location of the sub and the direction it fires.

I wanted a center console look with the punch of a 12" sub and it delivered so I was happy with it.
