Sticky throttle?

I have an 01 Tahoe with 110xxx miles.

Issue: I noticed at times when driving at low speeds as I let off the gas pedal it sticks for a second or two. ( Basically accelerating by itself) It happens randomly, i just cleaned my throttle body to see it will get rid of the issue but no luck. Also can this tie in to having starting issues, as that I'm trying to figure out still.

It has a little play in it, normal? Noticed it happens when you drive it on the initial start up, after that it drives normal. But if I let it sit for a bit and start it again it repeats itself.
