Passenger side steering rack bushing is a common issue Hybrid or NonHybrid but since most alignment shops do not really check anything it can continue for years until lose enough to make noise and of course ruin your tires. The Hybrid was ahead of its time with an Electric steering rack but almost all other steering components interchange. The passenger side damper bushing is very close to being the same, it is just a little bit wider. Drivers side bushings are the same part number. OP how are you doing on your diagnosis so far?
