Well guys the long road of converting my truck to an SS is almost complete.

Current list of mods:
Complete color change from pewter to black.
Color matched grille and rear bumper
15% tint up front
265/50r20 nitto nt420s
20" chrome silverado SS wheels
SS bumper cover (ducts painted with Orion Silver from House of Kolor)
NorcalSS's 3/5.5 drop(soon to be a 5/5+)
Alpine HU with Bluetooth functionality
Fosgate components
3 10" woofers with a JL Audio class D amp
Full debadge (waiting for the "SS" emblems to come in)
Roof rack delete
Spectre CAI
Blackbear tune (by far the best investment yet)
E-Fans with a BB harness
Borla XR-1 muffler (waiting to get installed)

Helper bags are going in in 2 weeks.
Led tails and depo projectors are on order as well...along with 03+ silverado fogs for the ducts.
On the fence about installing the Denali DIC I have...

I think that's it. If I forgot anything I'll add it later.

Oh and I'll be doing a full review on Tony's (NorcalSS) 3/5.5 drop and of BlackBears Tune in the next couple days.

For the record here's what it was the day I bought it

Only needs one more thing. Escalade rear vents.

Ok 2. Remove the steps.

Other than those 2. It's Badass.

And no SS badges without a 6.0 under the hood.

Thanks. I'm working on a set of esky vent caps as we speak.

As for the running boards I'm not a fan of them without it...you see the frame and it makes the truck look higher. If i made the cladding fit the SSS then id take em off in a heart beat...but it's just too much work...i have over 150+ hours into the bodywork/color change Over the coarse of 2 weeks...the boards can wait. Lol...Over the winter I'll color match the and leave the pads bare.

Itll have more than a 6 liter to justify the badges...don't you worry...but that's gonna have to wait till winter as well...

Amazing transformation ... tip of the cap from me.

Btw, I like those side skirts carcrz is rocking ... they'd probably look great on your truck too.

Thanks guys..LED tails are on order. Def gonna finish off the "look"

I gotta add that the nitto 420's are an AWESOME tire...well worth the money. Quiet as can be and grippy as a sunova. After seeing Max's truck with the 265/50/20 I was sold...they're the perfect size for the drop I have. 275/55 I felt were just too big.

The whole look I was going for with this truck was to be able to turn heads going down the road...and to make people go "huh, how come I didn't see that at the dealer" or "there's something about that truck but I can't put my finger on it...but damn that looks good" lol.

Just out of curiousity do the rear vents just pop off? Plan on getting eskies down the road
