13 suburban what is the best spark plug to replace My old ones & at what milage should they be replaced?

NGK 7397 Iridium. Due every 100K. Replace the wires at the same time.

ACDelco 41-162 plugs and 748UU wires. NGK makes or made the plugs, they are good too. If you buy from Rock Auto, check and see if ACDelco has any rebates for plugs and stuff going on.
Supposed to be changed every 90-100K miles. Always double check the gap (.040").

I have been ripped off before, confused the crap out of me with my boat.
I ended up with counterfeit plugs that wouldn't run worth a shit.

For me: it's summit racing, Jeggs, or a local auto parts store to be 100% sure I'm getting legit.

Rock Auto's not like some Amazon sellers; their stuff is real.
Yeah, first I've heard anything like that about having to watch them. They're a parts house, not a collection of independent vendors like eBay or Amazon, so they can keep control over their inventory. I've always had 100% good luck with them - for many years and thousands of dollars in parts now.
