Spark Plug Gap

Good morning forum. What is the correct Spark Plug Gap on a 99' Cadillac Escalade with a 5.7 Vortec? Is it 0.45 or 0.60? What does HVS mean?

For the Vortec 5.7...factory AC plugs should be gapped around 0.060, Iridium plugs (I have never personally used) should be gapped closer to 0.040-0.045 from what I understand.
