Wield up a new bracket and check everything else under the truck as well.

Where would I find a bracket to weld up? All the bent frames around here are wicked rusty in the junkyards.

If it is rusted that badly I would be careful with the metal around it because you may just burn right through it when welding.

Fab your own bracket or get someone to do it for you. From the looks of it you got a good templet to go by. Just take your time and after words POR 15 the crap out of it.
