Well since i bought my 1st SUV i tried to stay away from full exhaust, i like enjoy my ride with quiet stock exhaust, Well at least 99% at time. So since KPE maybe out of bisiness, i got 07-14 SLP resonator delete with dual tips. Did some fabricating to make 3.5" stock piping work with 3" SLP, little bending and rewelding hanger. Here is what it looks like

Why are there 3 O2 sensors on one downpipe? I understand 2, but 3?

You dont see 4th sensor after cat ?
Well i drive 18 wheeler for living and i have lotsnof gauges in my semi plus im nutcase for extra sfuff. Stock Y pipe comes with one pre and one after cat O2 sensor on each side. I added Wideband sensors on each bank and EGT/Pryo sensor also on both side. Im still working or rest of gauges because i have find out all oem cluster gauges are off big time. I xecide to go nuts with tbis Denali since i didnt do whole lot on my old 07 Taboe LTZ. More mods comming. Darn it i even said when i bought my 1st SUV no more modding, but here im doing mods like on my old 94 5.0 Stang
Exhaust videos are comming. I knew someone gonna ask for them and ill upload short clips on YT. Get ready, its gonna be like 10 clips and they all sound alike

I know problem is S curve is not right for 15+. You have to make S curve tighter . But than hanger will be far way ti be rewelded and you have to get longer rod to make it work. Also too many different diameters in this pipe, 2.75, than 3, than 2.5 at collector. I was gonna get KPE but looks guy doesnt make anything anymore

Much better...

My point was, another 15 up owner did the same tip...I am still hunting one, but knowing I will need to it to fit right.

It is far better than first install.

Yeah. You have to bend a lot in this area to make tips tuck in
Parts i used are
Walker/Dynomax 41982 3.5 ID x 3 ID
Walker/Dynomax 36440 3.5" SS clamp
I cut off SLP inlet just to clear little cuts about 2.5" and than since i have Lisle expandig dies, i expanded SLP 2.75 inlet to 3" and than i use 3.5 x 3 adapter to connect to stock 3.5 pipe. Than i had to cut hanger and move it back. And than after i mounted i had ti bend it about 3"
After everything was done i used VHT 1300-2000F primer and then VHT 1300-2000 flat black paint. Used same on Y pipe. And i can tell you that paint will not come off that easy. When i had to rebend tips i heated up glowing red and paint was still there. Its flameproof i tested
Here is area i made to my final bends to tuck in those dual tips

Guys please note, i didnt do this mod to gain power, it may even lost a few hp due to going from 3.5" stock pipe to smaller 3" pipe. I did this just for better looks. For a few extra ponies i got 3.5" QTP electric cutout on Y pipe in place where 3rd "clean up" cat was. Yes i could go full cat back but i like quiet almost stock exhaust for driving around town, and this setup will do just fine, even for later mods when extra air is introduced
