Sirius not working

I have a 2017 GMC Yukon SLT.

Sirius radio stopped working suddenly. i get a message (Signal may be being blocked). Called Sirius and they did a signal reset....DIDN'T HELP.

However, the Navigation works fine.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
