Should my 23 Yukon XL badging say Yukon XL on back?

Bought my 2023 Yukon XL about a month. Something has had me wondering. My badging on tailgate says Yukon on the far left and Denali on the far right. Sounds good but shouldn't there be an XL after the Yukon badging. We have the black badging package, so I believe they are dealer installed.

These are not original emblems. I ordered from China. There are many options on ebay.
For example. But, if you bet, break the letters Y and U between each other. They are bundled together. And our trunk has a slightly curved shape, so the letter Y begins to peel off. If you break them apart and glue them together, they fit perfectly.

I saw a an XL for sale from Sauer GMC online with no XL and it is an XL. Umm.

Spent some time and 50 bucks on a eraser wheel to get rid of all my badging. Hate chrome and didn't get the black set, so they had to go.

Dealer confirmed the deletion of the XL on tailgate. So the only way we will know it is an XL is the 8 foot of extra length!

They dropped the "XL" emblem in 2022.

I bought a 2023 Yukon XL SLT and it does not have XL on it. I did add black nameplates, but dealer sent me pictures of the car with chrome nameplates before installing black ones, and chrome from factory also did not have the XL on it. I guess they simplified it. Only way to tell is from side view looking at back door shape and the space between rear door and rear wheel.
